
Crumble Baked Fish
You can crumble bake any fish you like, And there are many different variations of what toppings and fish you can use depending on your preferences. You can serve it with Mashed, boiled or potato wedges + any veg you fancy
Here are a few ideas:
Parmesan & Parsley
Ingredients (serves 4)120g of white or whole-grain breadcrumbs
160g parsley leaves, finely chopped
-dont chop them all, save some to garnish
80g finely grated parmesan cheese
1 tsp finely grated lemon rind
1 tsp olive oil
Salt & pepper
4 thick white fish steaks - (about 200g each)
lemon wedges, to serve
Spicy
Ingredients (serves 4)120g white bread
1 tsp of our Kylemore Acres
-Spicy Salmon Coating Mix
or
1tsp of our Organic Energy
-Blossoms & Spice Blend
1 tsp olive oil
Salt & pepper
4 thick white fish steaks - (about 200g each)
Herb
Ingredients (serves 4)120g white bread
2 tbs chopped fresh continental parsley
1 tbs chopped fresh chives
2 tsp chopped fresh tarragon
1 tsp chopped fresh dill
1 tSP olive oil
Salt & pepper
4 thick white fish steaks - (about 200g each)

(Other ingredients that work well are Chili, Chives, Lemon & Lime Zest)
Method
Preheat oven to 200 C.
Mix the breadcrumbs & dry Ingredients.
Stir in the oil until it coats the breadcrumbs,
Place fish, skin-side down, on a baking tray and top with breadcrumb mixture.
Bake for 15 minutes or until crumbs are light golden and fish is just cooked through.
