Cheese topped Fish

Ingredients (serves 4)

100g of grated chedar
2 spring onions
2 tomatos
4g dsp. mayonnaise
Salt & pepper
4 thick white fish steaks
- (about 200g each)

Method

Preheat oven to 200 C.
Season fish with salt & pepper
Mix the topping Ingredients.
Place fish, skin-side down, on a baking tray and top your mixture
Bake for 15 minutes until fish is cooked through.

Smoked Salmon, Pasta Penne

Ingredients

Smoked salmon - as much or little as you like
Penne pasta - or pasta of your choice
Soft cream cheese - a little goes a long way, so dont go using the whole tub.
Pepper

Method

Boill Pasta - drain water leaving a small amount
Add smoked salmon + cream cheese + pepper
Stir it well
Cook untill the salmon is a pale colour and the cream cheese has melted.
